Accepted x11proto-randr into trusty-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/x11proto-
randr/1.5.0-1~trusty1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.

To test, I ran:
adt-run -U --apt-pocket=proposed --apt-source php-horde-mapi --- qemu
./adt-xenial-amd64-cloud.img
and verified that it grabbed the -proposed versions of both php-horde-
mapi and php-seclib.

steps he found that he needed to make sshd start reliably:
systemctl disable ssh

Ditto - just ran into this exact same issue attempting to install
Kubuntu 16.04 onto an external SSD drive. My internal hard drive had
full drive encryption on it and so it was completely trashed and I lost
all data on it. Like the guy mentioned in the original post, the whole
