by ifdown/ifup after every reboot.

There is no fix for this specific bug in any silo. The issue in this bug
is that when a paid app is side loaded onto the device, but has never
been purchased by the account in use on the phone, the server returns a
401 during the attempt to upgrade.

Hi, after upgrading to metacity 3.18.4-0ubuntu0.1.
It will never crash. But window-missing issue still exists. I think
window-missing issue only happens on NVDIA Card and using nouveau
driver.

i was also able to confirm that the problem does not happen if i suffix the
command with sleep 10 ms.
that is:
"echo offer; sleep 0.01"
i guess that this solves some kind of race condition somewhere...
