device seems to unlock the GPS-Functionality at all !
A first position fix has only been available after connect to WIFI

Reviewing the files from your upgrade attempt you seem to have enabled a
PPA that provides Xorg packages. This will prevent the upgrade as that
PPA contains different versions of packages essential to Ubuntu
well, heres to hoping there is something for barry to cherry pick soon.
Currently anything that uses this in its build is probably FTBFS (fails to
build from source). Example is curtin. I'm forced to skip or wait to upload.
I'm sure that curtin isn't the only thing that does this.

I don't think you actually have the same problem as us. See the picture
attached to the bug report...if alt-f2 is working and krunner doesn't
crash you probably have a different problem. I'd recommend opening a
separate bug report with just your symptoms.
