I'm having this bug not solved, it happened to me when I tried to install steam
on 16.04.
The dpkg commands mentionned by #7 and #8 worked, but didn't solve the problem

- I went sleeping yesterday night, battery was like 30% (usualy enought to

- I wake up with the phone switched of due to low battery

I had a bit of an emergency this weekend, since the HDD on my home
server (which is also my router) failed. I had to find a replacement,
restore from backups, and reinstall the OS.

I use scopes to browse, see something I like, and open it, which sends
me to the web browser. When done, I short-right-to-left-swipe to switch
