When trying to upgrade Ubuntu either through the terminal (sudo do-
release-upgrade) or through the software updater, it will fail just
after starting saying that "An unresolvable error occurred while
calculating the upgrade" and it can't continue.
The error I got is this:

I reinstall the whole system anew, and the said problem is gone. Both
zh_TW and zh_HK appear in the 'menu language' list. And output of
command line seems to fallback correctly.
However, the labels under system settings are still not translated, like
the attached picture. They are translated in 14
I've experienced some crashes in camera and photoroll, but I've no
particular steps to reproduce, I was just using camera and photo roll.
Anyway, if I have any other similar crash I'll attach all the logs again
