to the upstream gparted developers, but I don't see it as very useful
since filling a disk above 95% tends to lead to high fragmentation, and

Mangler was working fine for me in 15.04. I'd upgraded to 15.10 (along
with adding a skylake chip/board/ddr4) things were broken, mostly due to
hardware. After I finally sorted it all out (bios update, linux 4.3 rc5
for either video or e1000 freeze), mangler is still broken.
The following shows that the 0.4.9-3ubuntu7.6 version of multipath-tools
does in fact ignore USB when creating the bindings. Marking as
verification-done.

Not all language support files are installed even 'install updates' is
selected during installation. One have to wait for the installation to
complete, reboot, open 'language support' to install all necessary
files, logout and login, to enable very basic feature such as IMEs f
