On a desktop (wide form factor with a mouse attached), clicking anywhere
on a tab (above the chrome) with the middle button closes the tab, but
for the close icon (which when left-clicked closes the tab). Middle-

This also occurred on a Lenovo Edge E130 and an Acer Aspire V.
Simply running «sudo dpkg --configure -a» fixed it for me, but update-
manager still didn't finish properly. I had to clean up the packages and
reboot by hand.

As I said, display was so badly broken with that kernel that I was
unable to test, though it might have been co-incidence - it has always
been rather temperamental with all the 4.1 and 4.2 kernels I have
tested. In my few short tests I was unable to get the external monitor
to display anything at
This happened at some point in the boot sequence, and therefore before
the Xfce Desktop Environment was actually started.
