I filed a new bug as requested in Bug #1108342
ctrl+alt+ works for up, down, left, right, up+right, down+left,
down+right. It does not work for up+left.
When I filed 1108342 I mentioned that this behaviour used to work in
12.04 LTS. I no longer have an easy way to boot 12.04
Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2 in wily.
