if you have the same chipset (02:00.0 Network controller [0280]:
Qualcomm Atheros Device [168c:0041] (rev 20)), it is likely but the only
way to know is trying :). Check your kernel version (Ryan said it was
failing for him in 4.2, and had to downgrade to match 4.1).

UbuntuShape shouldn't emit redundant deprecation warn
I'm quite sure I had the same bug this weekend, the phone was really
unusable, kept freezing every few seconds, I used the terminal app to
see that it was the usual burst of PropertiesChanged.
I don't have stats and logs as I was out, and the phone died before I got home.

There is nothing for apport-collect to gather, it's just a
/etc/default/docker file and systemd .service file that need
corrections:
root@swarm-master:/home/cloud-user# apt-file search /etc/default/docker
docker.io: /etc/default/docker
But I now realized that "docker.io" package is not installed

Thank you for following up with Debian. I see that the maintainer has
already provided a response. I see no reason to deviate from Debian in
Ubuntu on his points and I don't want to increase the maintenance burden
in Ubuntu, so I'll mirror Debian's bug status of Won't Fix in the Ubuntu
task.

sudo apt-get install linux-generic-lts-vivid
I got :
3.19.0-26 as a kernel.
Rebooted and tried, but I have the same issue.
