I have a Dell XPS 15 L502X with Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030 [Rainbow Peak]
running Ubuntu 14.04 (fresh install). Wifi stops working intermittently during
active usage and *always* after screen off. Syslog shows this message just
before it happens:

As far as I know, this behavior or limitations comes from the scope
implementation.
The SDK goes as far as it is possible with the Run mode. Please tell the
way to stop scopes from the SDK and also how to capture if the scopes
are stopped in the UI.
This works perfectly with regular click applica
My phone usually connects ok to my car (Skoda Octavia) bluetooth but
after a call lasting several minutes the connection drops and cannot be
reinstated without rebooting the phone.

It was installed by jockey (tool which detects what additional drivers
can be installed), I didn't installed it by purpose. I think during
update it auto installed all drivers and it caused issues. Or it is
preloaded by default on all Intel machines. (I do not remember why I
diverged from my AMD-nV
