tried on an older system76 gazel ubuntu 12.04.5 the usb3 have xhci and do not
work. the usb2 is on ehci and works
the new system 76 gnome 14.04.1 appears to have all 3 usb's (2 are usb3, 1 is

I had the same problem and after searching I found out that this
solution (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/33851#comment106076) worked
for me. I just had to rename all `/dev/md/*` devices to `/dev/md*`
devices in `/etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf` and run `update-initramfs -u` to
update the initramfs.

I have build libimobiledevice5 1.1.7 from Debian experimental. I wasn't able to
build usbmuxd 1.1.0 because of dependency problems, however. With only
libimobiledevice-1.1.7 I still get the same error, so I guess both
libimobiledevice and usbmuxd need an update.

When in Quick browser which starts with my home directory if I hover the
mouse over a directory with TIFF files the whole xubuntu UI freezes,
including the dock of course. Only mouse moves. I am able to switch to
another terminal and restart session. The problem is 100% reprod

kernel 3.13 to 3.14.1 in order to identify the last bad commit, followed
immediately by the first good one. Once this commit has been identified,

Note that ubuntu-bug was run with 3.13.0-40 because I cannot do a
normal boot in 3.13.0-43.
I have HD6770 with mesa drivers (r600).
Boot hangs with the Ubuntu logo. Works fine in kernel 3.6.0-40.
If I boot 3.6.0-43 in failsafe X, X starts but I get some dialog boxes

it using DKMS.
