Turns out that we actually do correctly pass empty arguments to the
command. This bug was just a misunderstanding when implementing SDK
debug support where %R and %S where being passed within quotes, hence

I realized the issue is that I actually have to hit Ctrl+Shift+= aka
Ctrl++. I swore I always just used to hit Ctrl+= and it would zoom in.
Anyway to get this functionality back.
I use a standard American(USA) laptop keyboard with a function key. It's

I've got the same with 14.04 amd64.
I used hd-media boot.img with Easy2Boot USB hdd. There is a lot of images on
(more than 10) disk, but installer fails to scan them. If I open console with

bubble will be displayed multiple times. This suggests to me that the
wizard indeed is triggering volume changes.
