The branch lp:~stolowski/unity-scopes-shell/fix-1374481 linked with this
bug reduces the risk of network congestion issues caused by too many
concurrent scope queries on startup (which would then cause time-out for
some of them, resulting in empty pages). It does't however completly fix
the issue,
So, it seems I've hit this bug, and I'm running 14.04.1. This is with a
GN Netcom 2000 USB headset. It worked in 12.04, but I am now hitting
this bug in 14.04. Is there a udev rule I could add that would
introduce a delay after this device's initialization is started so that
it would be fully in
I'm fixing in 14.10 U only. It's too dangerous to change in 14.04 T and
12.04 P.
