not. Attached is a debdiff with the backport of the http/https refactor
that David did. The diff is a bit scary because it contains a lot of
churn/shuffle of the http/https code.

Thanks Steven! This is fixed in the current debian/sid branch in commit
a11f6c973bc0dc226d8953e3edb6333d526c3143. But I'm not overly happy with
that fix as its a relatively big hammer so I will see if I can come up
with something better.

For some reason, my computor (prob need a new one) an 8 year old ompaq
converted to Ubuntu a year ago by my computor guru Matt Ford, has a lot
of issues, the latest is no sound or icon for sound used to be top
right of screen, no clock, no date no start
I have added information to the upstream package, and modified the patch
slightly in my system to ignore Logitech K810 keyboard, which displays
the same behaviour.
