I know this is for the touchscreen, but for the last beta wifi was
broken. Seems better with some updates, but not yet on final 14.04. Had
to install Ubuntu to hdd, as x64 uefi USB sticks would NOT auto boot. Now

The problem appears to stem from disable_method(NULL) not getting
called, thus, console_finish not being called, either. Askpass seems to
be a script external to cryptsetup (debian/ubuntu specific). Have a fix.

@Norbert: did you previously start nm-applet with sudo? If so, then
probably some permissions were changed and that's why it doesn't work
properly any more. Because I've added it to startup from the start, I
never ran it with sudo and it works just fine here.

I humbly suggest that Canonical or Redhat help the vino developers to
add a more common encryption type to the vino server. It is the default
(and the facto only) remote vnc server in our system, and in its current
state forces everyone to connect **in clea
