This happened on two of six servers. All of the same hardware, firmware
versions and same ubuntu installation. I am very confused.
I tried to purge apparmor and lxc - reboot and reinstall them but this
did not fix the issue even if both directories (/etc/apparmor and
/etc/apparmor.d) were deleted.

I'm also on 14.05 and this is definitely looking like a bug, I've had
this happen multiple times now on packages I know are good.
I can easily skirt around the issue by using "sudo dpkg -i package.deb"
but the USC should not be failing like this.

how to reproduce:
1. click on "file" icon in unity launcher
2. right-click on file icon in unity launcher and select a folder (for example:
documents)
what actually happens:
only a triangle on the left of file icon in the launcher (see 1st screenshot)

I cannot reproduce the bug any more. The hibernation/resume seems to
work now.
