I'm trying to share a connection from my phone to the laptop. After
setting up the phone and pairing the two devices, connecting to the
network using blueman ("Bluetooth Devices" window) is impossible, as an
IPv4 is never requested. Right clicking on the phone icon and forcing

After further investigation, I've found that the aptdaemon test suite
does not pass in any of 2.7, 3.3, or 3.4. Neither the trusty source
branch, nor the upstream trunk passes all its tests. This doesn't ftbfs
the package because if you look at d/rules, you'll see that non-zero
exits are ignored.

Several times this cycle we have discussed whether to drop Python 3.3
from Trusty, since upstream Python 3.4 final has been released, and has
been available in Trusty for a while, and has been the default Python 3
version for a while. I've worked to fix known ftbfs and other
I was not aware that muon was part of the KDE Software Compilation: I thought
is was rather something by Ubuntu/Debian.
Anyway, 1 year later and a version bump from 1.4.1-0ubuntu1 to 2.1.3-0ubuntu0
the bug is not there any more.

I was able to reproduce it recently, so I filed a new bug report. It is
here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug
I can confirmed that the recent patch to utils.py fixes the problem on
Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04 upgrades.
The utils.py code has been around for a while, so I think this problem
may also effect other upgrades (eg 10.04 to 12.04).
