I'm also having the same problem. Using RBD for both Cinder and Glance
image backend. If I create an instance and select in horizon 'boot from
image (create new volume)', soft/hard reboot fails later.

The fix in -proposed repo makes the situation much better for me. Both
my desktop and netbook, which were hitting the bug every suspend, now
show it only occasionally -- as in, it may happen once every few days.

Also language packs are downloaded and installed (e.g. those that are not
present on the CD, like Russian).
