Andreas workaround works for me with "Thai (kesmanee (m17n))". "Super-1"
key now works in every apps. Libreoffice Writer hotkey works too.
The only problem now is that the keyboard indicator logo for my layout
is quite ugly, compare to non-m17n version, which is tolerable for me.

why my fix worked. What I missed is that "child-added" was an Ubuntu-

works for me too. So for me the ones that work in Saucy/5.01 allow you
to land on the FQDN or IP address. The ones that require a true URL
(vpn.com/vpn) fail unless the --no-xmlpost option is used.

Martin's package didn't fix it for me.
I'd also like to add that it seems Ubuntu's behavior has changed with
regards to "Suspending". In earlier versions, my computer would be put
to sleep after I pressed suspend. Now it just seems to take me to the
log in screen, without turning off my display. O

So, here's something funny. The suspend/resume failures started
happening for me on September 20, almost exactly 3 years after I'd
