I'm having a similar issue in Saucy Salamander. After using my computer
for a while, GUI slows down somewhat, not unusably slow, but animations
are signficantly slower. Even the Window side by side snap animation
shows a little lag, I begin to see the fade effect in icon right click
menu in launche

In raring, qemu-utils had Replaces: qemu-kvm. In saucy it doesn't any more.
If you upgrade using do-release-upgrade a step at a time, you don't see
this error. However, this will break LTS-to-LTS upgrades to trusty when
it is released.

Similar problem with Wacom Intuos2 9x12 tablet on Ubuntu 13.04. lsusb,
xinput and lsmod all see the tablet when hotplugged. Even the LED on the
tablet glows and changes color when the stylus is near it. However,

Same problem here with 13.10 upgraded since 12.04.
With upgrading eclipse was updated to 3.8 and all my plugins were gone
so I tried to reinstalled it but it crashed.
Checked everything - deleted config, tried different plugins in

Attaching a full log from an installation. Right now, we're having to
base things on 13.04 because we're having problems getting a working
kernel module for the fusionio device on the 3.11-based kernels in 13.10
and higher.
