adding the missing device entries makes it work (verified on mako and
maguro)
** Affects: apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu (Ubuntu)
Try the following commands:
$ sudo gsettings-schema-convert --gconf --xml --schema-id
'desktop.ibus.engine.Chewing' --output
/usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/desktop.ibus.engine.Chewing.gschema.xml
/usr/share/gconf/schemas/ibus-chewing.schemas
$ sudo sed -e 's/\(.key name=.\)/\L\1/g'
/usr/share/gli
I have not been able to reproduce it since reinstalling with the
released version of 13.10. Just a guess but perhaps it had something to
do with using the Intel Linux graphics installer.

Mr. Gilbert, thank you for posting the backport file.
I'm new to Ubuntu and I don't know how to apply this backport patch.
Searching on Google for an answer to this was not successful. Could you
provide some hint to me? Thanks again.

OK, 1.22.4. I'm fairly sure that's the patch that would fix this.
Also note that 1.22.4 is vulnerable to at least one, possibly two CVEs.
Would advise updating to 1.22.7, and ideally to 1.24.
