My WPA2/PEAP network doesn't work anymore with

It's not missing, it has been split to php5-json package due the
licensing reasons.
The fix is to install php5-json package:
sudo apt-get install php5-json

from Wacom settings dialog when running (X)Mir in 13.10 with two
monitors. Disabling unity-system-compositor session and running
traditional xserver, everything is fine again.
