the update somehow changed my accessability settings.
The fix is to go the "Universal Access" and disable the "Sticky Keys".

same configuration loaded on two laptops. The 5 year old laptop (ASUS)
does not show this problem, but the new ASUS with the GTX 770 has this

The freeze usually happens when I try to context switch between windows

Here are the 3 main bugs I encoutered since my upgrading to saucy :
1. The sound crackles after having writen notes, whereas before this operation
the sound is great.
note : I use the fluidsynth plugin (the only one that work on my desktop).

invoked from console, it gives the respective error message. Disabling
nepomuk (in System settings > Desktop search), seems to fix the

I recently tested 13.10 on a intel+nvidia system (using nouveau) and got

Confirmed: php5-fpm(8) documents USR2 as the reload signal, and the
upstart script defaults to HUP.
Workaround (untested): add the line "reload signal USR2" to
/etc/init/php5-fpm.conf.
This also exists in Debian

No, it's not possible. It's possible in Ubuntu's Firefox and Debian's
Iceweasel packages because of a patch which adds this support. In
official Mozilla builds, lockPref only works in mozilla.cfg. See bug
440908.
