Yes it was fixed in Version 4.1.7 on 2008-06-11.
Since TYPO3 version 4.1 is really old now I don't think that someone still uses
it - and even if version 4.1 is in use, then it should be updated to the latest
release: 4.1.14 (dated july 2010).
So - if someone is willing to
