I've got this working by changing my wireless network to unsecured. It
connected. I then returned the wireless to secured and it's worked fine since.

In my case, I think this bug disappeared when I changed from Unity2D to Unity3D.
So either it has been fixed (which I doubt) or it only affects Unity2D.

updates. Even the failsafe session failed to start.

Just to confirm that there's more than one person (still) affected by
this, and to provide a second use-case example. Apologies if this bug
