Well, this is kind of wierd, what happened. Today I tried to boot in to
Ubuntu 13.04, 12.04.3 and 12.04 ( first april release). In every one of
these, my PC did the same, display went off and pc was quiet. A

more stable. I have not been able to cause my system to crash yet. After

About "x" cursor - it is because of compiz. You can start extra compiz
instance for second screen. You need add new startup application. In
"Command:" field add "env DISPLAY=:0.1 compiz --replace" without
quotes.

Not hearing anything here, I installed just the linux-headers and linux-
image deb files, and not the linux-firmware or linux-libc-dev debs.
I also started the next kernel build at the "make clean" step from the
linux folder, but the build process then injected a bunch of prompts
