update. We appreciate everyone who tests -proposed for us - I'll mark

Looks like the --scan command might be useless as it seems only to work
properly when the array is defined correctly in mdadm.conf. All my
devices can be examined with --examine and do not show those odd
"failed" lines. While not being able to reproduce the exact issue,
removing the array definitio

Hello Christopher,
in the system config there are several options to change several items. One of
those is the option to change the graphics driver. By default, the graphics
driver is the one recommended by the Ubuntu team. I've tried one of those and
the computer freezed, completely.

what? I dont understand the merge sentence too to be honest.. does it

AMD 5650m dedicated GPU (muxed system). The AMD gpu is also connected to
an HDMI port that implies an audio card (I'm running radeon module with
radeon.audio=1).

[Lenovo E445]: No display after installing fglrx 2:13.101 and fglr
Hi Christopher,
I've updated the BIOS to A15, but without any result.
Between opening this bug and now, i updated to 13.04 and I just did an
update of the kernel:
$ cat /proc/version

(Ubuntu/Linaro 4.7.3-1ubuntu1) ) #40-Ubuntu
YAH Gérald- Yet Another Hooray for Gérald - the patch fixed the problem.
As was pointed out, -proposed is for testing and those of us who use it
realize we may find some issues. The good part is to see how fast the
problem can be fixed.
