asound2 (or some other package) already changes /etc/pulse/default.pa I
believe, so we should probably comment out the "load-module module-udev-
detect" line on all images that use audioflinger.

I got the panic again last night. This was running a 3.11 kernel for the
host, but of course the 1st and 2nd level guests were still running 3.10
as 3.11 is still in -proposed. So, although it's possible to get a test
run with (3.11, 3.10, 3.10) I really need to try running with (3.11,
3.11, 3.11)

13.04 with 3.11-rc3 from kernel-ppa and bug doesn't happen here. I can update
my bios (it is 1.07 currently) and test it with 12.10 and 13.04 with standard
kernel, but this will take some time.

It is still an issue in 13.04. I use autostart with Empathy and
Thunderbird, but only Thunderbird gets hidden behind the panel. This is
very frustrating, and "normal" users won't know how to move the window
with Alt.
