Using Saucy 13.10 there's no display after installing fglrx, and fglrx-
pxpress.

Upon testing this on a 12.04 instance, I was unable to replicate with a
plain apt-get install nginx-light. Can you confirm that this was the
first time you installed nginx-light on the system, or try doing an
`dpkg remove --purge nginx-light nginx-common` and then redo the `apt-
get install nginx-
