drain and it seems that disabeling "sleep and charge" in the bios fixed
it. I don't get battery drain anymore.

If I try a fresh installed Ubuntu 13.04 it works perfectly users can
login in without problem and disconect too. But if I do updates (without
updating kernel) after reboot users can't login without waiting lot of
minutes...

The patch is hard to review, because it is huge and it says that a bunch
of binary files are different. Can you attach the new upstream tarballs
or point to the place where it can be retrived, and attach a diff just
for the debian/ directory?
