Sorry, I have to amend my last comment.
If I open the attached file "Original.doc" with LO and save it again as
a doc file and afterwards reopen it with MSO 2007 and LO, then in both
programmes the heading is missing. In this case I can confirm a missing
header with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit).
for me not reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit)
Is this a Linux issue only or was this already resolved in the meantime?
Steps Done:
1. Open the attached file "Original.doc" with MSO 2007 and LO and compare it
Result: You can find the header in LO as in MSO 2007. But contrary to MSO
