After upgrading from 12.10 to 13.04 on a system with two monitors, the
second one became very dim. In fact, it's so dim that I thought it was
blank. Both monitors are fine when booting up and they both show the
"Ubuntu" name with 5 circles underneath...but somewhere
Cool, good to hear the dkms works for you.
And the fix is too late to enter the 13.04 release.
Anyway, I'll submit the fix to mainstream kernel, so that the next ubuntu
release will have the fix.

Raring for the reason that the modules will only can be built-in in the
Linux 3.10 merge window. However, backporting from helgaas/next will
