When the sequence numbers wrap around, the owin-max value is incorrect.
This is because u_long is used inside tcptrace everywhere. On 64-bit
arches this makes a 8-byte variable. Thus, wrap-arounds are incorrectly
handled. tcptrace should rather use u_int32_t when handling seq

Happens when opening a file from Nautilus or Nemo in 12.04. To me so far

I reinstalled Ubuntu 13.04 beta, and now I see the indicator fine, and I
even see the temperature displayed.
This bug is probably exclusive to installations of 13.04 which are
upgrades from previous versions. After doing a fresh install (non-
upgrade-installation), everything was fine.

I'm able to reproduce this problem with the following steps:
- start FF
- minimize FF
- open a link from another software (Purple or Thunderbird)
- maximize FF from the task bar, the decorator is missing.
Workaround:
- select FF with the missing decorator, ALT+SPACE then Minimize, then ALT+TAB
to
Official support for Ubuntu 8.04 "Hardy Heron" has ended. If this is
still occurring on Ubuntu 12.10 "Quantal Quetzal" please file a new bug
