Tagging as affecting upstream as its a tough one to package around. The
clients expect that the versioninfo text-file exist in the module's
path (eg, /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/novaclient/), however, I'm
not sure its okay for the package to be installing that there, hence it
ends up in /usr
For the record: we also experienced this issue on EC2 PV instances
(m2.2xlarge in us-east-1), using a very intensive workload (~1000 LXC
containers running a mix of web apps and databases). Running any kind of
3.X kernel (3.2, 3.4, 3.6) causes our test workload to crash in less
than one hour.

No runaway CPU, but I just had ~60 console-kit-daemons leaking after a
day's worth of frequent Capistrano deploys (which launch multiple SSH
sessions) on a brand-new EC2 instance running Ubuntu 12.10. Probably not

I found out some more info on this bug. It seems that the F4 key is
getting virtually stuck. I am coming to this conclusion because at times
when I hold down alt, all my windows will start closing - a hint that
alt+f4 is being pressed. This also supports the above case where
pressing ctrl+alt enter
