May I suggest: turn off onboard graphic from the BIOS. Then change the
"quiet splash" in grub to "nomodeset". It resolved the issue with my
nvidia driver, otherwise I had unreadable screen on my desktop. Hope
that helps. Best...

system on a new blank ultrabook (Wortmann Terra Mobile 1450 II) in December

The crash is happening in dbusmenu_server_finalize() when the server
frees its lookup_cache hashtable of DbusmenuMenuitems. When the hash
table is freed, g_object_unref() is called on each of its values. This

Same here. There are two notification icons in which "new message"
notifications sometimes appear:
1) The envelope, which gets a star. When I click on this the message
pops up accurately in a telepathy window.
2) The (i) icon, which when I click on it pops up a notification box
with the no-op res

I note that there is a blueprint item for Daniel Lezcano to improve the
monitoring code to be more robust. I suspect that will solve this
issue.
