I have a similar issue, But I have a Lexmark s310 Networked using
wireless.
Direct connection via USB no Issue. However when connected via
wireless, I get the "Printer is busy" message . The only way I am able
to resolve this is, shut the printer off. Remove from the system.

the audio failed during a flash video in firefox (youtube) and i have captured
the pulseaudio log during the failure.
Any failure event logged should at the tail end of the file.

@jarl-arntzen: Thanks. Even though I spent many days trying to get this
little bit of patch working (mainly because of lack of experience), I'm
not sure if this idea of mine will be an accepted solution and make it
into the official build. I'm not against receiving money but especially
in this case
Forgot to add, I've been using nomodeset to work around this, but it can
be a pain to do this on numerous blades.
