X" shortcuts: they have no effect. Since the corresponding functionality

That's fine; I just filed bug 1130690 for the language-selector side of
it, and invalidated the language-select
Does it make sense to monkey patch if django < required version?
Either way, this shouldn't be solved in packaging.. it's core support
needed in MAAS for backwards compatibility.
