Manually removed kernel images from /boot/
Manually removed kernel images from /lib/modules/
I believe that when grub was searching for kernels to install the older
kernel (from the previous ubuntu revision) was giving the script grief.
However I was unable to confirm this as dpkg finished

I found a fix for one VPN, I was trying to establish the connection like:
user: domain\username
then I changed:
user: username
then in the GUI: advanced -> Domain: domain -> save
that worked out for one VPN, however there's a second one that still
does not work and the error logs don't say

That "apt-get upgrade" behaves this way as it wants to be VERY careful
and breaking a recommendation is not a safe operation. Consider
situations in which A=1 and B=1 are installed and A recommends B >= 1.
Now A=2 enters the archive with B >=2 as recommendation. Upgrading A now
would mean we break

If a pdf figure has been included in a .fig, it is then impossible to export to
any other format. Reproducing the bug is very simple:
- first either create a simple pdf with xfig a find a pdf figure somewhere.
- then create a new .fig figure with xfig, import the pdf figure i
3.5.0-20-generic was the last one that did not show the problem.
24-generic also fails.

Please sync wbar 2.3.4-1 from Debian Unstable. The Ubuntu changes have
been included and the package builds with Wl, --as-needed.
The new version is a great improvement over the actual version in Ubuntu
which is more than three years old.
