I am using linux-image-3.2.0-37-generic (Version: 3.2.0-37.58) now and
did not experience the problem anymore (so far). At the very least the
new version does not appear to be harmful on my machine (i.e. I did not
notice any new bugs).

The UPnP slave was merged into kde4libs afaik, but since HUPNP is in universe
and kde4libs is in main, we cannot add a build dependency on HUPNP. Hope that
clears up things a bit.
