kernel v3.5 (if memory serves).

Something isn't right as you have a hodgepodge of PPA and distro
versioned packages. I'd suggest upgrading and checking that all the
libreoffice packages are the proposed version and then try to reproduce.

I can also confirm that the kernel update (3.5.0-23) seems to resolve the
issue. Two restarts so far, both clean!
