#DEBHELPER# token is in the wrong place, and other resolvconf
libcap2 builds a binary at build time which is run to extract the list of
capabilities and generate an header used for the rest of the build.
I assume that's what's causing the problem here as you'll essentially be
getting the list of capabilities that are supported by the kernel on the build

Importance
Looking at the build history the problem seems to be that the package
was last built for Oneiric which defaults to using Python 2.7.2 (on the
build server).
There was no rebuild for Precise which uses Python 2.7.3 as the default.
Therefore the Precise package is the same one built for Oneiric - it

You need the actual udeb. That said, I question whether that's actually
an identical segfault because the code path that triggered the previous
one is no longer present.

Its a working/in use system ( hence 12.04.1 LTS and not 12.10 )...its not
really possible to do this...if there is a kernel driver that can be tried, but
I would be concerned in trashing this live/used system...
Anything else ( less destructive ) I can try ?
