Skype 4.1.0.20 depends on skype-bin, but there is only i386 packange in repos.
That's prevent package from installing.
Installation of skype-bin:i386 solves the problem, but skype package is removed.
That prevents systems to upgrade properly or install using Software
Center.

Synaptic in Quantal does work when running without root privileges, you
get a warning on startup that synaptic is running without administrative
privileges, and you can browse the package list, but you can't change
anything. Do you still think hiding synaptic from non-root users is

Same happend to me when playing a song preview in Ubuntu One Music store
and then trying to play a preview of another song. This happens every
time I do this so it's easily reproducable.
