set as expected when viewed in gconf-editor (
/apps/metacity/window_keybindings/move_to_workspace_up etc and
/apps/metacity/global_keybindings/switch_to_workspace_up etc) but that

1. Add ppa https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/graphics-drivers/
2. apt-get upgrade
3. Removing /etc/X11/xorg.conf if exists

Have you checked to see weather the NetworkManager process is still
running when this occurs, and if it is not, try plugging the cable back
in and restarting NetworkManager. Also check /var/log/syslog.
I am seeing an issue where if I boot my 12.04.1 server with the cable

Since Ubuntu 11.04, the trick with ck-launch-session no longer works.
Now I'm running Ubuntu 12.04. I get no sound even after running ck-
launch-session, but this used to work up to Ubuntu 10.10. Is there a
different way to register a session for the second X server?
