It's the other way around. :-) It isn't system settings because it has
the "Settings" category, it has the "Settings" category because it is
system settings.
Ideally, I think, it would be integrated into an existing System
Settings panel. The next best thing would be for it to be a panel by

strange.
If you guys wanna cold down the computer using (opensource driver )while
official workaround doesn't comes out, just uninstall fglrx, remove
/etc/X11/xorg.conf file and run this commands:

echo OFF > /sys/kernel/debu
Since this is no longer affecting the submitter, I've changed the status

This bug occurs in Ubuntu 12.10 too.
I am using Compiz + Unity.
Please fix it! It's really annoying.
I would like to add that when the window is minimized to fit the screen
of the smaller monitor it works correctly.
