design's point of view, the highlight is working correctly, AFAIK.

Joseph I actually don't know what to test. I've already recompiled the
newest original Ubuntu 12.04 kernel (3.2.0-32-generic-pae) with ONLY ONE
change (CONFIG_PARPORT_PC_FIFO is not set) and everything works as
expected (like under Red Hat based systems).

When typing 'ubuntu-bug cheese' in a terminal to report Bug #1069931,
Apport seemed to work correctly (it opened the bug report in Firefox),
but i noticed this error in the terminal:

When dragging a window to the side of the screen, then moving the cursor
down to the bottom and slightly to the right, I can reproduce this
issue. I would expect after releasing a click that the window's orange
resize rectangle would disappear if the cursor is not at the left/
