The proposed update 304.43 solve all of my problems :
- Unity and KDE session unexpectedly closed.
- VirtualBox crach with 2D or 3D acceleration enabled.
- Display freezing when I use Oracle Java 7 applications.
I have a GeForce GTS 250 (1Gb) on a i7 960@3.20ghz with Precise 64b
Yes - after two hours still "Press C to cancel all checks in progress". Zero
feedback.
There is no choice but to press C - no way to know whether the system is hung
or doing something.

The current behavior is consistent with 12.04, but these new & improved
icons make the problem easier to see.
Looks like the battery-full-symbolic, battery-good-symbolic, battery-
low-symbolic icons are getting used first. Daniel's apparently seeing
the drop from -full to -good, which in the icons
