boot installed iSCSI root images backed by tgt.

DHCP config doesn't get written unless an inhuman combination of
scripts is run
I was not able to excute the steps in the documention. It was probably
because I did not undersatnd them well enough. While I'm a Linux user,
I'm not all the knowledgable about admin tasks. It's a credit to the
distribution that I have been able to use the system with very few
issues for a numbers
A workaround for me was to install the Lightning plugin via the extension
manager of Thunderbird.
It's slightly different because this plugin is installed specifically for the
current user, and not for all users on the machine.
And the upgrades are handled by Thunderbird itself, instead of Ubuntu

To avoid any misunderstandings: The Verification is not needed for the
Quetzal but for Precise. The guys with Quetzal do have both packages
alreday, and they donT need the SRU-Verification as it is in
Development.

As pointed out in the lxc mailing list, the iptables rule used by lxc-
net causes traffic between containers to be NAT'ed. Fix this by adding
'! -d ${LXC_NETWORK}' to the iptables -A rule.
