The fixes I'd propose are:
1) Pass a URL parameter to the Software Center to make it know that the
product has already been purchased and update the UI to reflect this.
2) Since the user agent is presumably already logged into the U

Performed the test in quantal-server-amd64.iso and this is no issue in
Quantal. The LoadFile directive looks nice without any absolute path,
probably using some LD_LIBPATH or LIBRARY_PATH in the background.

I am able to replicate the this bug 100% of the time by scrolling up and
down quickly in Google Image search results. The bug seems to be fixed
as early as 3.3.6 (maybe earlier). Appears to be a GPU hang. There are
three i915 related commits in 3.3.6.

Ok a couple of things I have found out
Firstly this is not just 1 PC - I have an my new i5 / nvidia 450gts and
and older amd x2 4600/nvidia 8500 - completely different motherboard
types, etc - same issues.
gnome-session-fallback - gives the exact same issues. (unless I disable
compiz effects)
