Perhaps your printer is powerful enough also for rather awkward
PostScript. For me it looks like that the error printout is not caused
by Ghostscript sending bad PostScript but by crash bug 982675. It seems
that for some people this bug causes a crash and for others it messes up
the output.

I have also installed Release 12.04 (precise) 64-bit, Kernel Linux
3.2.0-24-generic and cannot get any CD disk to be recognized. I saw
some response on-line of a recomendation to modify the bios settings to
have the CD mounted after boot. I have a Lenovo W520 that does not have

not want wayting the kernel compilation my 64 bit system.
I installed the patched 3.2.16 custom kernel version. Hopefuly I right
applied the patch, but the test results is I think good.
