file from comment #5 through a CUPS queue, using a Brother BR-Script PPD
on Precise and printing the result into a file, like the "test" queue
from comment #6. So this file should contain the exact data which gets

installed by default, and a migrated system that wants to keep using
Evolution needs the user to manually install the evolution-couchdb

As far as I could read the sources, Shift+F10 handling (which now reacts
on F10 too) is hardcoded in GTK and cannot be changed.

right-click crashes graphical environmen
My theory is that on resume the system re-enumerates the USB bus so for
a short period the internal sound card is there but the USB one isn't,
causing PulseAudio to drop back to the only sound card.
But that doesn't explain why Rhythmbox still sends audio out the USB
device.

I can confirm that the new kexec-tool package does work correctly on
Lucid, though this specific problem with dynamic makedumpfile did not
apply to Lucid.
So no regresssion on this one, everything works fine.
